Johhny In Peru

 

I thought I'd put up a few pictures of Johnny in Peru to let everyone know how he and Connie are. Johnny is loving his time there although today he starts classes. He'll be in them for half a day during June. Since he isn't a native born Spanish speaker they are putting him in with the 4 & 5 year olds but if he shows that he isn't having any problems (and I don't think he will) they might move him up with the 6 year olds. We'll see how that goes.

 

 

We were invited to a company picnic of a friend of Connie's and everything was free so Johnny took advantage and rode everything he could.

 

Mayfest, Saturday the 18th

We went to Mayfest on Saturday evening and saw some cars decorated as art, some good (Will Hoge) music and some so-so music, lots of interesting crafts, etc as well as eating pizza and calzones and getting a lot of exercise from walking around downtown Tulsa. Even though it was hot it was something that we did as a family which has been made clear to me lately that this is something we dearly need.
